DATA CENTER OPERATIONS

Our data center operations service aims to ensure that our partners’ systems operate with the highest possible availability.

We design our operational services according to the recommendations of TIER standards and guarantee the availability levels defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Fast response and issue resolution are fundamental, and we also work proactively to identify and prevent potential problems before they occur.
Our engineers continuously monitor the latest technological developments and energy efficiency trends. Since energy is the most significant cost factor in data centers, we focus on optimizing PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and WUE (Water Usage Effectiveness) metrics. Our goal is to recommend the best available technology to our clients with energy-saving improvements that offer rapid return on investment.

Our operations service portfolio covers all critical data center infrastructure:

  • Power supply: utility feed, generators, main switchboards, UPS systems, uninterruptible power supply systems, and batteries

  • Cooling systems: chillers and precision air conditioning units

  • Security technology: fire detection and suppression systems, access control systems, gas detectors, CCTV, and physical security if needed

  • Planned preventive maintenance (PPM): regular inspections, documentation, logging, and maintenance reports

All activities are carried out in compliance with NKVH regulations, fire safety, and other legal requirements.

Continuous communication is key to seamless operation. Our operations team regularly coordinates with the dispatch service, handles incident tickets, and reports to the client representatives during regular meetings on completed tasks, status updates, and development recommendations. When necessary, we also participate in the physical execution of development work or manage it entirely with our own resources.
